Nathalie Chevreau, PhD, RD, offers two types of services as a scientific consultant to assist companies in the field of Dietary Supplements products involved in litigations:
- Scientific Expert to help prepare company staff for deposition in case of litigation involving dietary Supplements and Skin Care products. This includes review the product in depth and its claims; review with the lawyers what the litigation is about. Assist the lawyers in the preparation of the scientific staff who will be deposed.
- Scientific Expert to represent the company when it has entered into a litigation against FTC or other plaintiffs involving Dietary Supplements and Skin Care products which includes review the product in depth and its claims; review with the defendants’ lawyers what the litigation is about. Work with lawyers to prepare my expert’s declaration and/or my deposition.
